Heart of Room Hire & Office Space
We have great facilities for all the family!
The auditorium has comfortable seating for up to 111 people with state of the art screening facilities and a first class sound system. We can stream broadcast events or link in for your conference needs. The space can also transform into an intimate production setting for live music, drama, comedy or discussion. With a sprung floor we can even have dance! It is available for hire for activities such as classes, business meetings (with break out spaces available) and private functions.

The café bar has space to serve 100 covers, some with views directly over the falls of Slitrig Water. We’re open seven days a week for a light lunch or drop in for a quick coffee fix. It’s the perfect place to sit back and soak up the atmosphere – we’ve even got a designated dog space so you and your best friend can rest between walkies.

The mezzanine level on the first floor can be used for private parties with VIP event spaces in the auditorium or for a quieter informal meeting space. Light catering can be provided by our in-house café team for meetings and parties.

Our Office spaces on the second floor are available for short term and longer lets. Fitted out with furniture to suit your needs there are also separate meeting rooms with catering and toilet facilities. For availability and letting terms please enquire with Edwin Thompson on 01896 751 300.

Our Pulse hot-desking facility on the third floor is available with budget friendly weekly rates – why not plug in to work on your project in a professional office space without the financial commitment.
