Borderlines Exhibition by Gary Anderson
Borderlines Exhibition by Gary Anderson
Gary Anderson’s work flits often between observational painting, and imagined, condensed landscapes, gathered mainly from glances, and the experience felt being in a particular place, light and time.
Sometimes painterly in execution or more linear and cubist in style, the work manifests frequently as illustrated landscape, focusing on certain elements in the land which the artist is drawn to – industry, community, social history and architecture.
