Access to Coldstream Museum
Coldstream Museum is a four-star tourist attraction located in the town of Coldstream, in the Scottish Borders.

The collection is housed on the ground floor of a town house and is fully accessible for wheelchair users.
ASSISTANCE DOGS
We welcome guide dogs, hearing dogs and other recognised assistance dogs. ID Badge must be shown.
PARKING
There are parking spaces on the road outside the museum and further parking in the market place a short and level, distance away. There is a dropped kerb directly outside the museum entrance.
PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY
For those with reduced mobility all areas are on the ground floor, we have moveable seating. There is an accessible toilet on the ground floor.
ACCESS FOR BUGGIES
Buggies are welcomed in the museum. We have baby changing facilities in the accessible toilet.
PEOPLE WHO ARE VISUALLY IMPAIRED
Registered guide dogs are welcomed in the museum.
PEOPLE WHO ARE HEARING IMPAIRED
We welcome hearing dogs.
