Live Borders hits 1700 participants for summer activity camps
Before the summer holidays have even started, Live Borders have already booked over 1700 participants across a wide variety of summer activities across the region.
Live Borders summer holiday activities are an inclusive approach to ensuring that equitable access to activities through the summer exist for communities in the Borders.
In partnership with Scottish Borders Council, funding from the Cost of Living Crisis Fund and the Family Wellbeing Fund has ensured that the universal holiday provision can be accessed by all.
To date, 50% of the places booked have been accessed free of charge by families identified as particularly in need of support.
Live Borders has a comprehensive offer across the Scottish Borders with activities on offer from museums, libraries, Active Communities, including sports and disability camps, holiday camps, Play with Clay and many more.
